If the interface failed in USB test, please do the following steps:

Disconnect USB from computer USB port

Disconnect OBD2 from auto OBD2 socket

Connect OBD2 connector first

Ignition ON

Connect USB
-
Run VAG-COM software

Go to Options and test USB

Repeat the above steps untill all is OK
